Dear friends! Happy New Year! I'm glad we were able to help someone in time. It is very important to inform an adult or child in time that their state of loss and sudden exile has been known since ancient times, that a huge number of people around the world have been both mobbers and victims of mobbing, and that it depends only on us whether we can stop “at the line” ourselves and be able to stop the persecutor and the offender.
I made a wish: let there be fewer people this year who will not be able to defend themselves and fight back against the aggressor. And let more people be ready to provide help and support to those who need it. I wish you all not to let anyone hurt you, avoid persecution, remember to ask decent people for help in time, and have time to teach your own and others' children to recognize mobbing/bulling/cybermobbing and seek help at the first sign of persecution and bullying. I wish you to overcome your inertia or indifference and leave the mobbing observation zone, extending a hand of friendship to the victim. I wish you to strangle a mobber, a buller, and... a bosser:) if you're a boss of any size. I wish you to resist circumstances that change your personality, infringe on your personal freedom, and undermine your self-esteem. Get strong! This is a very pleasant feeling — a sense of inner strength. It reminds me of childhood when you run in the dark at night - both scary and joyful, and you know that you won't fall or stumble - your inner strength carries you. I wish you good health so that you can be strong.
I wish the site new interesting authors and more useful information about the successful experience of overcoming mobbing. Write to the site, to the community, and comment. And if you need expert advice, write to our psychologists and psychotherapists in the “Consultations” section. Friends, let's stick together.
